Xpress Testing specializes in testing the building's wall envelope for Air Leakage and Water Penetration Resistance in addition to providing Forensic Water Leak Testing & Investigation Services. The exterior envelope, or cladding, includes various waterproofing products, windows, doors, and wall systems.  The two most common tests we perform are the ASTM E 1105 and the AAMA 501.2 The company was founded on one main principle which is to provide quality by helping our clients to achieve their building performance goals in the form of delivering quick, accurate, and unbiased reporting of test results.​


​​We are a true third party test agency that is fully independent.  What does that mean exactly?  It means we do not have a conflict of interest as it relates to our scope of work as we do not represent any product manufacturer or perform any waterproofing design work and/or physical building services for the projects we work on.  If there are any deficiencies in your building we test and investigate to find out what they are and where they are.


The reports we provide are our life-line, and we treat them as such.  We deliver our performance test reports with the utmost care and responsibility to our clients so they can make informed decisions about the projects and buildings we have worked on.
